В работе анализируются нормативные документы Нидерландов, касающиеся феномена идеологии государственного служения. Юридическое в данной работе – это лишь дескриптивная форма, в то время как политическое содержание касается вопроса о ценностях, в первую очередь, ценности служения общему благу. Автор исследует различные этические аспекты государственной службы в Нидерландах. В частности, поднимается вопрос о том, как чиновник может совмещать государственную службу и бизнес, без ущерба общему благу? The paper analyzes the normative documents of Netherlands concerning the phenomenon of public service. This analysis is built not as a strict legal interpretation, but as a qualitative political analysis. The legal in this work is only a descriptive form, while the political content concerns the question of values, first of all, the value of serving the common good. The author explores various ethical aspects of public service in the Netherlands. In particular, the question is raised about how an official can combine public service and business, without prejudice to the common good? |
