| Popis: | The article deals with the issue of the implementation of the electoral rights of citizens in the conditions of modern Russia. The author examines the historical aspects of the development of the electoral system of the Russian state, identifies current problems in the context of the designated topic and suggests some ways to solve them. Among the obstacles to the implementation of electoral rights, the author mentions the complexity of the system of federal electoral legislation and the low level of legal culture of citizens, in some cases, the distrust of the population in the activities of state bodies and local governments. By participating in elections, citizens of the Russian Federation strengthen the principle of democracy in the country, which in turn contributes to the development of the rule of law as a whole. В статье рассматривается вопрос реализации избирательных прав граждан в условиях современной России. Автором исследуются исторические аспекты развития избирательной системы российского государства, выявляются актуальные проблемы в контексте обозначенной темы и предлагаются некоторые пути их решения. В числе препятствий к реализации избирательных прав автором называются - сложность системы федерального избирательного законодательства и низкий уровень правовой культуры граждан, в отдельных случаях недоверие населения к деятельности государственных органов и органов местного самоуправления. Участвуя в выборах, граждане Российской Федерации укрепляют принцип народовластия в стране, что в свою очередь способствует развитию правового государства в целом. |
