В статье определены методические основы выявления приоритетных направлений стратегического развития высокотехнологичного предприятия. Обосновано, что стратегическое развитие высокотехнологичных предприятий предопределяется цикличностью развития всей экономической системой, которая выражена в волатильности различных элементов национального хозяйства. Определено, наиболее приоритетными направлениями стратегического развития на предприятиях являются шесть направлений, которые попали в зону высокого приоритета: создание пространственно распределенных виртуальных предприятий, организация экономической безопасности высокотехнологичных предприятий при использовании цифровых технологий, формирование эффективных механизмов государственно-частного партнерства, создание адаптивной цифровой среды, организация информационного обеспечения электронной торговли, организация реинжиниринга бизнес-процессов на базе диджитализации. The article defines the methodological foundations for identifying priority areas for the strategic development of a high-tech enterprise. It is substantiated that the strategic development of high-tech enterprises is predetermined by the cyclical development of the entire economic system, which is expressed in the volatility of various elements of the national economy. It was determined that the most priority areas of strategic development at enterprises are six areas that fell into the high priority area: the creation of spatially distributed virtual enterprises, the organization of economic security of high-tech enterprises using digital technologies, the formation of effective public-private partnership mechanisms, the creation of an adaptive digital environment, the organization information support for electronic commerce, organization of business process reengineering based on digitalization. |
