| Popis: | Devoted to the consideration of the formation of party political system of Russia in the period of democratization of the state and society at the turn of 20th – 21th centuries. Affected the process of party building and development of a multiparty system. The attention to formation of legislative base of development of party and political processes. In addition, the features of formation of the Russian electoral system, which formed the basis of modern electoral cycles in the State Duma of the Russian Federation. Special attention is paid to the formation of the Russian “party of power”. Рассматривается становление партийно-политической системы России в период демократизации государства и общества на рубеже ХХ–ХХI вв. Затрагиваются процессы партийного строительства и развития многопартийности. Уделяется внимание формированию законодательной базы развития партийно-политических процессов. Рассматриваются особенности становления российской избирательной системы, послужившей основанием современных электоральных циклов в Государственную думу РФ.
