| Description: | This article is devoted to the issues of training transport management personnel in economically developed countries in accordance with modern labor market requirements. Only active management personnel facilitates the interaction of development priorities of each type of transport with the potential of its employees to achieve the set goals and objectives. Based on this, this article examines the experience of economically developed countries in training management personnel of the transport system, in accordance with market requirements, innovative development of types of transport, development of transport and logistics services, production of environmentally friendly types of transport for the development and increase of competitiveness of the country's economy, as well as improving the quality of life of people. Данная статья посвящена вопросам подготовки управленческого персонала транспорта в экономически развитых странах согласно современным требованиям рынка труда. Лишь активный управленческий персонал способствует взаимодействию приоритетов развития каждого вида транспорта с потенциалом его работников для достижения поставленных целей и задач. Исходя из этого, в данной статье рассматриваются опыт экономически развитых стран по подготовке управленческого персонала транспортной системы, в соответствии с требованиями рынка, инновационному развитию видов транспорта, развитию транспортно-логистических услуг, производству экологичных видов транспорта для развития и повышения конкурентоспособности экономики страны, а также повышения качества жизни людей. |
