| Popis: | The article examines the forensic activities of the Federal Customs Service of Russia in the context of sanctions. Special attention is paid to the problems of moving goods across the customs border. The article considers measures to address them, which include the implementation of the Strategy for the Development of the Customs Service of the Russian Federation until 2030. In particular, the introduction of new types of expertise into expert practice was considered, such as: the examination of extremist materials, the examination of food safety, etc. It is expected that the implementation of these measures will contribute to reducing the number of offenses in the field of foreign trade, the completeness of receipt of customs payments to the budget, and most importantly, increase the effectiveness and efficiency of customs control. В статье рассматривается экспертно-криминалистическая деятельность ФТС России в условиях санкций. Особое внимание уделено проблемам перемещения товаров через таможенную границу. В статье рассмотрены меры по их решению, которые включают реализацию Стратегии развития таможенной службы Российской Федерации до 2030 г. В частности, рассмотрено внедрение в экспертную практику новых видов экспертиз, таких как: экспертизу материалов экстремистской направленности, экспертизу по определению безопасности пищевых продуктов и т.д. Ожидается, что реализация этих мероприятий будет способствовать снижению числа правонарушений в сфере внешнеторговой деятельности, полноте поступления в бюджет таможенных платежей, а главное повышению результативности и эффективности проведения таможенного контроля. |
