Popis: В статье представлена схема взаимодействия участников инновационного процесса формирования спроса и предложения на рынке возобновляемой энергетики. Представлены интересы каждого из участников: государства, генерации, университета и производителей энергетического оборудования и комплектующих. Рассмотрены аспекты инновационного взаимодействия и для университета разработана экономико-математическая модель оценки доходности и прироста инновационного потенциала, обеспечивающего снижение затрат. Результаты анализа будут использования для создания экономико-математической модели взаимодействия всех участников инновационного процесса, с целью обоснования создания неформальной интеграции для увеличения темпа развития возобновляемой энергетики на территории Российской Федерации. The article presents a scheme of interaction of participants in the innovative process of forming supply and demand in the renewable energy market. The interests of each of the participants are represented: the state, generation, university and manufacturers of power equipment and components. The aspects of innovation interaction are considered and an economic and mathematical model for assessing profitability and growth of innovation potential is developed, which ensures cost reduction for the university. The results of the analysis will be used to create an economic and mathematical model of interaction between all participants in the innovation process, in order to justify the creation of informal integration to increase the pace of development of renewable energy in the territory of the Russian Federation.
