| Description: | The tendency of the world community to develop within multiculturalism, equality of all cultures, and a tolerant attitude towards cultural diversity, and the cultural particularities of other peoples is the reason for presenting the paper. The trend towards tolerance in inter-ethnic relations in developed countries is being addressed through the development of multicultural competence. The solution to the problem of multicultural competence development acquires significant importance since an emotionally stable attitude and behavior towards different cultures, underlying social competencies, including tolerance and productive experience of intercultural communication, and readiness for a dialogue of cultures are important personal characteristics. Synchronous learning implies that teacher-student contact occurs instantly and that new tasks arrive as soon as the previous ones are completed. The interaction takes place in real time, when it is possible to monitor and evaluate students' reactions to information, answer their questions, and choose approaches and teaching methods. Актуальность темы, представленной в статье, обусловлена тенденцией развития мирового сообщества в рамках мультикультурализма, равенства всех культур, толерантного отношения к культурному разнообразию и культурным особенностям других народов. Тенденция к толерантности в межэтнических отношениях в мире решается посредством развития поликультурной личности. Решение проблемы развития поликультурной компетентности приобретает существенное значение, так как важной характеристикой личности является эмоционально устойчивое отношение к различным культурам, лежащие в основе социальных компетенций толерантность и продуктивный опыт межкультурной коммуникации, готовность к диалогу культур. Синхронное обучение предполагает, что контакт между преподавателем и обучающимися происходит мгновенно и новые задания поступают по мере выполнения предыдущих. Взаимодействие происходит в режиме реального времени, когда можно отслеживать и оценивать реакцию студентов на информацию, отвечать на вопросы, выбирать подходы и методы обучения. |
