| Popis: | The issues of nature management, environmental protection and ecological rehabilitation of the city of Makhachkala are considered through the prism of forming the diverse environmental protection institutions of the civil society. The problems of creating the "green shield" in the capital of Dagestan are discussed. The key objects of the latter are: the plateaued mountain Tarki-Tau in the West, the EltavForest in the North, the Caspian Sea with its beaches in the East, and Lake Ak-Gel in the South. The necessity of applying the non-standard management solutions that fully take into account the geoecological, socio-economic and ethno-cultural features of the urban space is emphasized. Рассматриваются вопросы природопользования, охраны среды и экологической реабилитации г. Махачкалы через призму деятельности разнообразных средозащитных институтов гражданского общества. Обсуждаются проблемы создания в столице Дагестана "зеленого щита", ключевыми объекты которого являются: на западе – платообразная гора Тарки-Тау, на севере – Эльтавский лес, на востоке – Каспийское море с его песчаными пляжами и на юге – озеро Ак-Гёль. Подчеркивается необходимость применения нестандартных управленческих решений, учитывающих в полном объеме геоэкологические, социально-экономические и этнокультурные особенности городского пространства. |
