Description: В рамках данной статьи проведен анализ действующих на территории РФ нормативных актов в области экологической безопасности при проведении ремонтно-строительных работ. Представлена схема реализации переработки строительных отходов при проведении капитальных и текущих ремонтов, а также представлен пошаговый алгоритм программы расчета строительных отходов. Разработка проекта организации капитального ремонта должен включать весь комплекс мероприятий по снижению загрязнения окружающей среды. Соблюдение каждого из приведенных этапов позволит получить эколого-экономический эффект. Within the framework of this article, an analysis of the regulatory acts in the field of environmental safety in the course of repair and construction work in force in the territory of the Russian Federation is carried out. The scheme of realization of processing of construction waste at carrying out capital and current repairs is presented, and also the step-by-step algorithm of the program of calculation of construction waste is presented. The development of the project for the organization of capital repairs should include the entire range of measures to reduce environmental pollution. Compliance with each of the above stages will allow you to get an ecological and economic effect.
