| Popis: | В статье представлена авторская классификация институтов как норм, правил и организаций, а также их соотношение с отдельными характеристиками экономики, в частности дисциплиной и доверием. Санкции рассматриваются как разновидность экономических институтов в виде институциональных инноваций. Предложены важнейшие направления влияния институтов, в том числе санкций, на повышение устойчивости экономики. Рассматриваются истоки устойчивости традиций и национальных особенностей России, изложенные в трудах мыслителей второй половины 19 века, повлиявших на представления о потреблении как цели экономической деятельности. The article presents the author's classification of institutions as norms, rules and organizations, as well as their relationship with individual characteristics of the economy, in particular discipline and trust. Sanctions are considered as a kind of economic institutions in the form of institutional innovations. The most important directions of the influence of institutions, including sanctions, on increasing the stability of the economy are proposed. The origins of the stability of traditions and national characteristics of Russia, set forth in the works of thinkers of the second half of the 19th century, who influenced the idea of consumption as the goal of economic activity, are considered. |
