Транспортно-логистическая отрасль России столкнулась с беспрецедентными внешнеэкономическими и политическими санкциями с начала проводимой специальной операции на Украине, но проблемы в логистике начались ещё в период пандемии, вызванной коронавирусом SARS-CoV-2 (COVID-19), когда были практически полностью нарушены цепочки поставок и повысились тарифы на грузоперевозки. В статье рассматривается динамика развития грузоперевозок за последнее десятилетие, проведен анализ рисков, обусловленных новыми санкциями и определены основные направления развития транспортно-логистической отрасли на ближайшую перспективу. The transport and logistics industry in Russia has faced unprecedented foreign economic and political sanctions since the beginning of the ongoing special operation in Ukraine, but problems in logistics began during the pandemic caused by the SARS-CoV-2 coronavirus (COVID-19), when there were practically supply chains have been completely disrupted and freight rates have risen. The article discusses the dynamics of the development of cargo transportation over the past decade, analyzes the risks associated with new sanctions, and identifies the main directions for the development of the transport and logistics industry in the near future. |
