| Description: | В работе сельская территория рассматривается как логистическая система с основными подсистемами: природно-ресурсная среда; населения; экономика и институциональная среда. Акцентируется внимание на сбалансированном развитии всех подсистем сельской территории как залог её устойчивого развития. В статье анализируется исторический опыт хозяйствования сельских общин в Нагорном Дагестане. Предложено для устойчивого развития сельских территорий в перспективе использовать системный подход управления всеми потоковыми процессами территориальной системы сельских образований. In the work, the rural area is considered as a logistics system with the main subsystems: natural resource environment; population; economy and institutional environment. Attention is focused on the balanced development of all subsystems of the rural area as a guarantee of its sustainable development. The article analyzes the historical experience of managing rural communities in Dagestan. It is proposed for the sustainable development of rural areas in the future to use a systematic approach to managing all the flow processes of the territorial system of rural entities. |
