В статье систематизирован опыт построения и совершенствования аграрной политики Европейского союза. Рассмотрены вопросы развития государственного регулирования аграрного сектора через модернизацию институциональной структуры государственной поддержки аграрного сектора ЕС, выделены этапы развития единой сельскохозяйственной политики, рассмотрены механизмы поддержки сельхозтоваропроизводителей. Отмечена важность усиления государственной поддержки отраслей, звеньев и субъектов агропродовольственного комплекса в период кризисной динамики в экономике. The article systematizes the experience of building and improving the agricultural policy of the European Union. The issues of development of state regulation of the agricultural sector through the modernization of the institutional structure of state support for the agricultural sector of the EU are considered, the stages of development of a unified agricultural policy are highlighted, the mechanisms for supporting agricultural producers are considered. The importance of strengthening government support for sectors, links and entities of the agrifood complex during the crisis dynamics in the economy is noted. |
