| Beschreibung: | В настоящей статье рассматривается сфера незаконного оборота наркотических средств как один из основных элементов финансирования международных преступных групп, в том числе террористических объединений. Рассматривается взаимосвязь между террористической активностью и участием в обороте наркотиков различных территориально-этнических групп, на основе чего делается попытка разработки контрпреступных и контртеррористических мер. This article examines the sphere of illicit drug trafficking as one of the main elements of financing international criminal groups, including terrorist associations. The article examines the relationship between terrorist activity and the participation of various territorial and ethnic groups in drug trafficking, and attempts to develop counter-criminal and counter-terrorism measures. |
