Popis: В статье выявлены и описаны особенности влияния проактивного подхода в системе кинообразования на увеличение предпринимательской активности в киноиндустрии. Автором впервые использован термин «проактивность» применительно к формированию компетенций будущих продюсеров, их управленческих навыков и готовности к предпринимательской деятельности в современных рыночных условиях, что составляет новизну работы в развитии данного научно-практического аспекта. На основе сравнительного анализа источников и наблюдения в процессе профессиональной деятельности автора в киноотрасли и в кинообразовании изложены основные особенности практико-ориентированной парадигмы. We reveal and describe the influence of the proactive approach in the cinema education system on increasing entrepreneurial activity in the film industry. We introduce the term "proactivity" for the first time referring to the formation of future producers’ competencies, their managerial skills and preparedness for entrepreneurial activity under modern market conditions, which makes the novelty of the research concerning the development of the aspect in question. We describe the main features of the practice-oriented paradigm on the basis of the comparative analysis of sources and observations in the course of the author's professional activities in the film industry and cinema education.

Abstrakt:В статье выявлены и описаны особенности влияния проактивного подхода в системе кинообразования на увеличение предпринимательской активности в киноиндустрии. Автором впервые использован термин «проактивность» применительно к формированию компетенций будущих продюсеров, их управленческих навыков и готовности к предпринимательской деятельности в современных рыночных условиях, что составляет новизну работы в развитии данного научно-практического аспекта. На основе сравнительного анализа источников и наблюдения в процессе профессиональной деятельности автора в киноотрасли и в кинообразовании изложены основные особенности практико-ориентированной парадигмы.
