Popis: Одним из важнейших рисков для организации является утечка кадров. В статье рассмотрены взаимосвязь текучести кадров и системы мотивации персонала. На основе проведенного исследования предложены мероприятия материальной и нематериальной мотивации персонала. One of the most important risks for the organization is personnel leakage. The article examines the relationship between staff turnover and the system of staff motivation. Based on the conducted research, measures of material and non-material motivation of personnel are proposed.
