| Popis: | The object of the work is the segment of inclusive technologies, the subject of the article can be regarded as the methodology of formation of inclusive technologies in the period of a new technological order of the economy; the aim of the article is to increase the level of employment of disabled people in the period of a new technological order; to achieve the set goal, the following tasks are solved: the features of the new technological order and their impact on the employment of disabled people are described, the methodology of synthesis of inclusive production technologies is developed, the possibilities of increasing the employment of disabled people are discussed, and the methodology of synthesis of inclusive production technologies is developed; the scientific methods used in this work are: system, logical, comparative and historical analysis, synthesis, forecasting, extrapolation, expert methods; the scientific novelty of the article is determined by the creation of a methodology for the development of inclusive technologies. Объектом работы является сегмент инклюзивных технологий, предметом статьи можно считать методику формирования инклюзивных технологий в период нового технологического уклада экономике; целью статьи выступает повышение уровня занятости инвалидов в период нового технологического уклада; для достижения поставленной цели решаются следующие задачи: описаны особенности нового технологического уклада и их влияние на занятость инвалидов, разрабатывается методика синтеза инклюзивных технологий производства, обсуждения возможности повышения занятости инвалидов на основе развития класса инклюзивных технологий; научными методами в настоящей работе являются: системный, логический, сравнительный и исторический анализ, синтез прогнозирование, экстраполяции, экспертные методы; научная новизна статьи определяется созданием методики разработки инклюзивных технологий.
