| Beschreibung: | В статье обсуждаются проблемы финансирования реставрационных работ, которые проводятся на объектах культурного наследия, расположенных на территории новых округов российской столицы, в частности, в усадьбах Кленово и Валуево. Оцениваются риски и трудности, которые обусловлены изменением экономической ситуации, ростом цен на строительные материалы. Описываются основные характеристики подлежащих реставрации и уже отреставрированных усадебно-парковых комплексов. Учтена роль Департамента культурного наследия г. Москвы в восстановлении подмосковных усадеб. Статья представляет интерес для всех, кто интересуется историей и современным состоянием усадебно-парковых комплексов Подмосковья. Особенно она будет интересна реставраторам и краеведам. Методами предлагаемого исследования выступает ретроспективный анализ источников, сравнительно-исторический метод. In the article, the author analyzes the condition of mansions located in New Moscow. The author focuses his attention on several urban and suburban mansions, including the country house of the Bergs, Valuevo and Klenovo, where remnants of cultural legacy are preserved, to consider several problems of contemporary restoration activities. The author focuses his attention on the fact that since 2011 these mansions have been in the custody of the Moscow Department of cultural legacy. He considers both the architectural features of the mansions taken as a single whole, and their constituent elements, such as household buildings, elements of landscape design, and Orthodox church buildings made of stone. This article casts light on particular difficulties that accompany the restoration of these church buildings, safety hazards, that arose in the post-industrial period, or the period when traditional cultural links were disrupted. The comparative historical method, retrospective analysis, generalization and identification of the main features of architectural styles serve as the basis of this research project. |
