Beschreibung: Человек в современных условиях может совершать многократный переход из одной профессиональной деятельности в другую, выстраивая различные карьерные пути, что обеспечивается гибкой системой дополнительного образования и возможностями реализации профессиональной деятельности в формате проектов. Смена монопрофессионального на полипрофессиональный взгляд на вопросы карьеры и профессионального пути обуславливают потребность в пересмотре и уточнении взглядов на содержание профессионализации. Немаловажным в вопросах вхождения человека в разные профессиональные сферы становится проблема идентификационных процессов, а именно профессиональной идентификации — становлении и развития профессиональной идентичности.
A person in modern conditions can make multiple transitions from one professional activity to another, building different career paths, which is provided by a flexible system of additional education and opportunities to implement professional activities in the format of projects. The change from mono-professional to poly-professional view of career and professional paths causes the necessity to revise and clarify the views on the content of professionalisation. The problem of identification processes, namely professional identification — the formation and development of professional identity — becomes an important issue in the issues of a person's entry into different professional spheres.
