Beschreibung: Авторами ставятся актуальные вопросы развития гражданской науки. Подчеркивается, что в некоторых сферах профессиональные ученые уже не могут обходиться без помощи волонтеров-исследователей, ведущих наблюдения и собирающих факты в области изменения климата, экологических процессов, развития животного и растительного мира. Особая область исследования - физическое и психическое самочувствие граждан в период пандемий, их страхи и напряжения, конфликты, просьбы и пожелания. Авторы обобщили некоторый мировой опыт использования данных непрофессиональных исследователей в разных областях науки, в том числе, в изучении психологического состояния людей во время пандемии. Авторы также представили свое практическое исследование: они провели социологический опрос жителей Москвы и Подмосковья по теме «Город в условиях пандемии» и выявили трудности и неудовлетворенности респондентов в условиях самоизоляции. Вывод: сбор таких сведений поможет градостроителям формировать удобную и здоровую городской среду; архитекторам -проектировать комфортное жилье с учетом потребностей в личном пространстве каждого члена семьи. The authors raise relevant issues of the development of civil science. It is emphasized that professional scientists in some areas can’t manage without support of volunteer - researchers who observe and collect facts in the field of climate change, environmental processes, and the development of flora and fauna. A special research area is the physical and mental well-being of citizens during the period of pandemic, their fears and efforts, conflicts, requests and wishes. The authors summarized some world experience in using the data of nonprofessional researchers in various fields of science, including in the study of the psychological state of people during a pandemic. The authors also presented their case study: they conducted a sociological survey of Moscow and Moscow region residents to the topic "A city in a pandemic" and identified the difficulties and dissatisfaction of respondents during self-isolation. Conclusion: collecting such information will provide assistance to urban planners to create a comfortable and healthy urban environment; to architects - to design comfortable accommodation, taking into account the needs of the personal space of each family member.
