Popis: Интерпретации содержания региональной политики могут различаться в зависимости от авторской оценки, конкретных исторических событий, формы государственной власти, меняться под влиянием времени. В статье исследуются базовые основы региональной политики, кем и для чего она осуществляется, какие запросы решает, какой она должна быть, в том числе проводится анализ целей, задач и ключевых проблем, стоящих в настоящее время перед федеральными и региональными уровнями власти страны в аспекте их влияния на региональную экономику и социальную сферу. Определено, что понятие региональной политики, с позиций экономического и социального благополучия регионов, представляет собой деятельность федеральных и региональных органов по социально-экономическому развитию территорий в рамках компромисса между национальными и региональными целями и приоритетами развития. Interpretations of the content of regional policy may vary depending on the author's assessment, specific historical events, forms of state power, change under the influence of time. The article examines the basic foundations of regional policy, by whom and for what it is carried out, what requests it decides, what it should be, including an analysis of the goals, objectives and key problems currently facing the federal and regional levels of government in terms of their influence on the regional economy and social sphere. It is determined that the concept of regional policy, from the standpoint of the economic and social well-being of the regions, is the activity of federal and regional bodies for the socio-economic development of territories within the framework of a compromise between national and regional goals and development priorities.
