Для благополучия населения и укрепления основ государственности важнейшее значение имеет системно обоснованное развитие социальной сферы, в том числе, отрасли здравоохранения. Особенностью государственного регулирования отрасли является необходимость учета ее влияния на уровень и качество жизни населения. На современном этапе развития общества функционирование отрасли здравоохранения характеризуется внедрением элементов цифравизации в процессы оказания медицинских услуг населению, а также профилактики заболеваний различного типа. Несмотря на в целом успешную реализацию государственной Стратегии развития здравоохранения в России на период до 2025 г., ряд регионов, в том числе Краснодарский край, сохраняют некоторую отрицательную динамику показателей уровня и качества жизни населения, связанных с развитием здравоохранения. Для эффективной корректировки государственного управления в данном направлении целесообразна унификация принципов регулирующего воздействия. For the well-being of the population and strengthening the foundations of statehood, the systemically sound development of the social sphere, including the healthcare sector, is of utmost importance. A feature of state regulation of the industry is the need to take into account its impact on the level and quality of life of the population. At the present stage of development of society, the functioning of the healthcare industry is characterized by the introduction of digitalization elements into the processes of providing medical services to the population, as well as the prevention of various types of diseases. Despite the generally successful implementation of the state Strategy for the development of healthcare in Russia for the period until 2025, a number of regions, including the Krasnodar Territory, maintain some negative dynamics in indicators of the level and quality of life of the population related to the development of healthcare. To effectively adjust public administration in this direction, it is advisable to unify the principles of regulatory influence. |
