Popis: The article discusses the main problems that develop in the course of practical forensic research, namely the application of critical thinking methods by a forensic expert, raises aspects of the formation of expert thinking in professiogenesis, determines the importance and significance of this topic, determines the algorithm of critical thinking, its difference from logical and dogmatic thinking, assumptions are also made about the improvement of this process В статье рассматриваются основные проблемы, которые складываются в ходе практического экспертно-криминалистического исследования, а именно применения экспертом-криминалистом методов критического мышления, поднимаются аспекты становления экспертного мышления в профессиогенезе, определяется важность и значимость данной темы, определяется алгоритм критического мышления, его отличие от логического и догматического мышления, также делаются предположения о совершенствовании данного процесса
