| Popis: | Among the demographic data for any territory, the most valuable information is provided by indicators of reproduction or natural population movement. We analysed two types of morbidity: primary and general. The dynamics of these indicators were examined among children and teenagers. The aim of the study was to analyse data on mortality and birth rates in the Republic of Sakha (Yakutia) and to examine the spectrum of pathologies and the dynamics of morbidity among children in the Republic of Sakha (Yakutia) for the period from 2019 to 2024. Materials and methods: The authors of the article studied statistical reports from the Yakutsk Republican Medical Analytical Centre for the period from 2010 to 2024. The research of natural growth and analysis of morbidity among the child population is a necessary measure for studying trends in the development of pathology in children and adolescents for the organisation of preventive programmes. Среди демографических данных любой территории наиболее ценную информацию несут показатели воспроизводства или естественного движения населения. Нами проанализированы два вида заболеваемости: первичная и общая. Динамика этих показателей рассмотрена среди детей и подростков. Цель исследования: провести анализ данных по смертности, рождаемости населения Республики Саха (Якутия) и изучить спектр патологии и динамику заболеваемости детей Республики Саха (Якутия) за период с 2019 по 2024 годы. Материалы и методы: Авторами статьи изучены статистические отчеты Якутского республиканского медицинского аналитического центра за период с 2010 по 2024 годы. Изучение естественного прироста и анализ заболеваемости детского населения является необходимой мерой изучения тенденций формирования патологии у детей и подростков для организации профилактических программ.
