| Description: | В статье рассматривается роль инновационной составляющей устойчивого экономического развития региона. Страны, которые инвестируют в инновации, могут создавать новые продукты и услуги, повышать производительность и стимулировать экономический рост. В Российской Федерации инновации являются неотъемлемой частью перспективных концепций роста и устойчивого развития. Проанализированы подходы к проблеме управления инновационной региональной системой, обосновано влияние внедрения информационных и коммуникационных технологий на инновационное развитие экономики. Выделены особенности разработки региональных инновационных стратегий в рамках институциональной структуры, поощряющей создание, использование и передачу информации, а также развитие новых региональных видов деятельности. The article examines the role of the innovative component of sustainable economic development of the region. Countries that invest in innovation can create new products and services, increase productivity and stimulate economic growth. In the Russian Federation, innovation is an integral part of forward-looking concepts of growth and sustainable development. Approaches to the problem of managing an innovative regional system are analyzed, and the impact of the introduction of information and communication technologies on the innovative development of the economy is substantiated. Features of the development of regional innovation strategies within the framework of an institutional structure that encourages the creation, use and transfer of information, as well as the development of new regional activities, are highlighted. |
