| Popis: | The article analyzes the views of the famous scientist - theorist of state and law, Professor Mikhail Iosifovich Baytin, on the nature and content of the functions of the national state: internal and external. Based on the results of the study, conclusions are formulated and substantiated about how the content of the functions of the national state, studied by M.I. Baytin, is reflected in the modern Russian state; about new approaches to the implementation of state functions in the context of civilizational challenges and in the light of increased attention to the transformation of the role of the state in the modern world. В статье проводится анализ взглядов известного ученого - теоретика государства и права профессора Михаила Иосифовича Байтина на природу и содержание функций общенародного государства: внутренних и внешних. По итогам проведенного исследования сформулированы и обоснованы выводы о том, каким образом содержание функций общенародного государства, исследованных М.И. Байтиным, находит свое отражение в современном российском государстве; о новых подходах к реализации функций государства в условиях цивилизационных вызовов и в свете повышенного внимания к трансформации роли государства в современном мире. |
