| Description: | Рассматривается технологическая платформа в качестве инструмента прорывного инновационного регионального развития, предполагающий вовлеченность принципов концепции «тройной спирали» консолидационного взаимодействия власти, науки и бизнеса, механизмов государственного-частного партнерства и формирование кооперационных взаимосвязей резидентов инновационного процесса. Приводится методический базис технологических платформ в инструментарии формирования и управления инновационным процессом региона. Авторы рассматривают технологическую платформу в качестве транспарентной системы для конвергенции и последующего использования внешних знаний и компетенций, а также для трансфера имеющегося научного базиса во внешнюю среду. Учитывая многочисленные научные публикации по данной тематике, предполагается, что потенциал ТП в конвергенции с механизмом государственно-частного партнёрства может быть востребован при формировании инструментов регионального развития в качестве платформы повышения инновационного потенциала. The technological platform is considered as a tool for breakthrough innovative regional development, involving the principles of the «triple helix» concept of consolidation interaction between government, science and business, mechanisms of public-private partnership and the formation of cooperative relationships between residents of the innovation process. The methodological basis of technological platforms in the tools of formation and management of the innovation process of the region is given. The authors consider the technology platform as a transparent system for the convergence and subsequent use of external knowledge and competencies, as well as for the transfer of the existing scientific basis to the external environment. Taking into account numerous scientific publications on this topic, it is assumed that the potential of TP in convergence with the mechanism of public-private partnership may be in demand when forming regional development tools as a platform for increasing innovation potential. |
