| Description: | В работе обсуждаются вопросы противопожарной безопасности в новых округах российской столицы, оценивается эффективность мероприятий, предпринимаемых органами МЧС в данном направлении. Обсуждаются результаты социологического опроса, проведенного среди жителей Новой Москвы. В ходе опроса респонденты высказали свое отношение к ЧС, которые имели место в столице в последнее время. Респонденты предпринимали попытку выявить причины возгораний в селитебной зоне столичного мегаполиса и его пригородов. The article discusses the issues of fire safety in the modern metropolis. The problem of the connection between the state of fire safety and the actions of people, their behavior in everyday life and at work is considered. In particular, they talk about the dependence of the frequency of fires at enterprises on such factors as careless handling of fire hazardous objects, smoking, and criminal activities of certain representatives of the urban society. In the second part of the article, nicotine addiction, which indirectly contributes to the creation of fire hazard situations, is treated as a type of deviant behavior. |
