| Beschreibung: | Статья посвящена исследованию места и роли органов конституционной юстиции на примере конституционных (уставных) судов субъектов Российской Федерации в выстраивании государственноправовой политики в социальной сфере. Механизм конституционной юстиции обеспечивает гарантированность реализации фундаментальных основ конституционализма в социальной сфере и защиты социальноэкономических права и свобод российских граждан. Анализируется роль прогрессивной интерпретационной практики конституционных (уставных) судов субъектов Российской Федерации в социализации регионального законодательства, усилении социальной защищенности населения регионов. The article is devoted to the study of the place and role of constitutional justice bodies on the example of constitutional (statutory) courts of the Russian Federation subjects in the construction of state and legal policy in the social sphere. The mechanism of constitutional justice guarantees the implementation of the fundamental principles of constitutionalism in the social sphere and the protection of social and economic rights and freedoms of Russian citizens. The progressive interpretation practice of constitutional (statutory) courts of the subjects of the Russian Federation in socialization of regional legislation, strengthening of social protection of the population of the Russian Federation is analyzed. |
