| Popis: | The authors considered the organizational and economic mechanism for the formation and introduction of the results of intellectual activity (RIA) into the economic sphere of a high-tech enterprise. The components of this mechanism are revealed, their influence on the process of formation of the fundamental value of the enterprise is established. The structure of the RIA of a high-tech enterprise has been studied and the main risks affecting the efficiency of using these results have been identified. Directions for increasing the efficiency of RIA application are proposed. Авторами рассмотрен организационно-экономический механизм формирования и введения в экономическую сферу высокотехнологичного предприятия результатов интеллектуальной деятельности (РИД). Выявлены составляющие этого механизм, установлено их влияние на процесс формирования фундаментальной стоимости предприятия. Исследована структура РИД высокотехнологичного предприятия и определены основные риски, влияющие на эффективность использования этих результатов. Предложены направления повышения эффективности применения РИД. |
