Popis: The purpose of this study was to analyze the problem of forming the foundations of tutoring competence among students in the context of the educational process at a pedagogical university. The relevance of this topic is due to modern trends in the implementation of inclusion in education and the need for teachers to perform professional functions that correspond to the basics of tutoring. The paper notes the need for purposeful formation of the foundations of tutor competence among future teachers, and provides a comparison of the concepts of “tutor competence” and “tutor competence.” It is pointed out the importance of an integrated approach in the formation of holistic tutoring competence among future specialists when mastering the educational program of the university. The levels of personal competence formation are described, the importance of the university level in the formation of ideological attitudes necessary in professional activity is emphasized. The article presents examples of training models for future specialists who are competent in the field of individualization of education and tutoring
Целью данного исследования являлся анализ проблемы формирования основ тьюторской компетентности у студентов в условиях образовательно-воспитательного процесса в педагогическом вузе. Актуальность данной темы обусловлена современными тенденциями реализации инклюзии в образовании и необходимостью педагогов осуществлять профессиональные функции, которые соотносятся с основами тьюторской деятельности. В работе отмечается необходимость целенаправленного формирования основ тьюторской компетентности у будущих педагогов, приводится сравнение понятий «тьюторская компетенция» и «тьюторская компетентность». Указывается на важность комплексного подхода при формировании целостной тьюторской компетентности у будущих специалистов при освоении образовательной программы вуза. Описываются уровни формирования компетентности личности, подчеркивается значение вузовского уровня в формировании мировоззренческих установок, необходимых в профессиональной деятельности. В статье представлены примеры моделей подготовки будущих специалистов, компетентных в вопросах индивидуализации образования, тьюторской деятельности.
