Beschreibung: Целью исследования является рассмотрение актуальной проблемы повышения эффективности уголовно-правового противодействия преступлениям коррупционной направленности с учётом расширения нарушаемого ими объекта. Объектом исследования выступают общественные отношения, связанные с регламентацией ответственности за преступления коррупционной направленности. Автор исследует действующее уголовное законодательство об ответственности за отдельные преступления коррупционной направленности, его доктринальное толкование и практику применения, приводит данные судебной статистики. В своем исследовании автор использовал как всеобщий, так общенаучные и частнонаучные методы, в частности, анализ, сравнительно-правовой, метод правового моделирования и прогнозирования, опрос. На основе анализа действующего законодательства и практики его применения, автором сформулированы конкретные выводы и предложения относительно совершенствования законодательной регламентации уголовной ответственности за данные преступления. The purpose of the study is to consider the urgent problem of increasing the effectiveness of criminal law counteraction to corruption-related crimes, taking into account the expansion of the object violated by them. The object of the study is public relations related to the regulation of responsibility for corruption-related crimes. The author examines the current criminal legislation on liability for certain corruption-related crimes, its doctrinal interpretation and practice of application, provides data on judicial statistics. In his research, the author used both general and general scientific and private scientific methods, in particular, analysis, comparative law, the method of legal modeling and forecasting, a survey. Based on the analysis of the current legislation and the practice of its application, the author formulated specific conclusions and proposals for improving the legislative regulation of criminal liability for these crimes.
