В статье представлен анализ трендов в информационной прозрачности компаний в части их влияния на климат и их климатических рисков. В статье приведен обзор последних изменений и инициатив в обязательном и добровольном раскрытии данных о климате. Автор собрал и проанализировал изменения в обязательном раскрытии информации о климате в нескольких странах. Также в статье приводятся перспективы развития обязательного и добровольного раскрытия информации о климате. Результаты исследования могут быть полезны регуляторам, инвесторам и менеджменту компаний, вовлеченным в процесс составления нефинансовой отчетности. The article contains the analysis of trends in the companies’ information transparency regarding their impact on climate and their climate risks. The paper includes the review of recent changes and initiatives in mandatory and voluntary climate-related disclosure. The author collects and analyses the changes in obligatory disclosures in several countries. Also, the article contains the outlook for the development of mandatory and voluntary disclosure globally. The results may be useful for regulators, investors and management involved into the process of non-financial reporting. |
