| Beschreibung: | В данной работе проводится анализ особенностей практического применения риск-ориентированного подхода в ходе планирования деятельности контрольных органов в соответствии с требованиями федеральных стандартов, а также раскрывается реализация полномочий Федерального казначейства в части издания ведомственных актов и формирования требований к организации и проведению контроля в сфере государственных закупок в условиях риск-ориентированного подхода. This paper analyzes the features of the practical application of a risk-based approach to the planning of the activities of control bodies in accordance with the requirements of federal standards and also reveals the implementation of the powers of the Federal Treasury in terms of the issuance of departmental acts and the formation of requirements for the organization and conduct of control in the field of public procurement in a risk-based approach. |
