| Popis: | A software package has been developed to calculate the temperature balance of injection molds for production of non-ferrous alloys and the conditions for ensuring the temperature balance under steady-state operation of the injection molds. In accordance with the results of the analysis of the conditions that ensure the temperature balance of the injection mold, the parameters of the water cooling system were calculated either to remove excess heat or to supply additional heat. The duration of cooling of the casting and the temperature-time dependence of cooling of the casting in the injection mold were also calculated. Разработан программный комплекс, предназначенный для расчета теплового баланса пресс-форм для литья под давлением цветных сплавов и условий обеспечения теплового баланса при установившемся режиме эксплуатации пресс-форм. В соответствии с результатами анализа условий, обеспечивающих тепловой баланс пресс-формы, выполнены расчеты параметров системы водоохлаждения либо для снятия избыточной теплоты, либо для подвода дополнительной теплоты. Рассчитана также длительность охлаждения отливки и температурно-временная зависимость охлаждения отливки в пресс-форме. |
