| Beschreibung: | Актуальность исследования обусловлена тесной взаимозависимостью регионального, промышленного и человеческого факторов в Арктическом регионе. Объектом исследования являются арктические моногорода России. Предметом -состояние социально-экономического положения отечественных арктических моногородов. Целью исследования является оценка текущего состояния и перспектив развития моногородов Арктической зоны. Задачи исследования -определить положение, состояние, проблемы моногородов российской Арктики, сформулировать основные меры поддержки. The relevance of the study is caused by the close relationship between regional, industrial and human factors in the Arctic region. The object of the study is the Arctic single-industry cities in Russia. The subject of the study is the state and assessment of the social and economic situation of domestic Arctic single-industry cities. The aim of the study is the assessment of the current state and prospects for the development of the Arctic territory single-industry cities. The objectives of the study are to determine the situation, state, single-industry cities problems of the Russian Arctic, to stimulate the main support measures. |
