Popis: В статье изложены результаты теоретической разработки проблемы развития персонала в интересах повышения производительности труда на предприятии. В статье сделано предположение, что решение этой задачи возможно при наличии кризиса, не относящегося к конкретной стороне производства, а также стремления собственников планомерно развивать предприятие по определенным стратегическим направлениям. В статье сделан вывод, что являясь одним из условий повышения производительности труда, развитие персонала можно рассматривать в качестве ведущего направления развития организации в целом. The article presents the results of the theoretical development of the problem of personnel development in the interests of increasing labor productivity at the enterprise. The article makes the assumption that the solution of this problem is possible in the presence of a crisis that does not relate to a specific aspect of production, as well as the desire of owners to systematically develop the enterprise in certain strategic directions. The article concludes that being one of the conditions for increasing labor productivity, the development of personnel can be considered as the leading direction of development of the organization as a whole.

Abstrakt:В статье изложены результаты теоретической разработки проблемы развития персонала в интересах повышения производительности труда на предприятии. В статье сделано предположение, что решение этой задачи возможно при наличии кризиса, не относящегося к конкретной стороне производства, а также стремления собственников планомерно развивать предприятие по определенным стратегическим направлениям. В статье сделан вывод, что являясь одним из условий повышения производительности труда, развитие персонала можно рассматривать в качестве ведущего направления развития организации в целом.
