| Beschreibung: | The authors of the article consider an archiactual and important problem in the third millennium. The paper examines the national idea in family mentoring, examines the role of family mentoring in Russia, what is the main role in this complex educational process assigned to the state of the Russian Federation, what assistance in this direction it should provide to families who need it from Russian citizens, what is the whole message, in the implementation of this problem in modern society. The concepts of "family mentoring" and "mentor" are given. The basics of the draft National Strategy for the development of education in the Russian Federation, the importance of the family in increasing the demography of the country are considered. The priorities of the state family policy according to the Concept of state family policy in the Russian Federation are given. The basic strategies of family mentoring in accordance with the Constitution of the Russian Federation are given. Quotes from the head of state and deputies of the State Duma are provided, confirming the relevance and importance of the topic raised, especially for improving the demography of the country. The proposals of the President of the Russian Federation concerning family policy are being discussed: support for large and young families, education of society, parenting of their own children, development of all types of preschool and additional education. The initiative of the President of the Russian Federation on public control over the rights of orphans and children left without parental care is being discussed. Much attention is paid to the specifics of family mentoring, helping the family of a family mentor. Авторами статьи рассматривается архиактуальная и важная проблема в третьем тысячелетии. В работе рассмотрена национальная идея в семейном наставничестве, рассматривается роль семейного наставничества в России, какая основная роль в этом сложном воспитательном процессе отводится государству Российской Федерации, какую помощь в этом направлении она должна оказать семьям, которые в ней нуждаются граждане России, в чем заключается весь посыл, в реализации данной проблемы в современном социуме. Приведены понятия «семейное наставничество», «наставник». Рассмотрены основы проекта Национальной стратегии развития воспитания в Российской Федерации, значение семьи в повышении демографии страны. Приведены приоритеты государственной семейной политики согласно Концепции государственной семейной политики в Российской Федерации. Приведены базовые стратегии семейного наставничества в соответствии с Конституцией Российской Федерации. Приводятся цитаты главы государства и депутатов государственной думы, подтверждающие актуальность и важность затронутой темы, особенно для повышения демографии страны. Обсуждаются предложения Президента Российской Федерации, касающиеся семейной политики: о поддержке многодетных и молодых семей, воспитании общества, воспитании родителями собственных детей, развитии всех видов дошкольного и дополнительного образования. Обсуждается инициатива Президента Российской Федерации об общественном контроле за обеспечением прав детей-сирот и детей, оставшихся без попечения родителей.
