Экономический потенциал муниципального образования, региона зависит от эффективного развития его территории. Наличие показателей, факторов, условий, программ для развития сельских территорий влияют на конкурентоспособность региона, рост качества жизни населения. Развитая инфраструктура сельских территорий формируют единую концептуальную модель конкурентоспособного субъекта РФ. Автором выявлены показатели и факторы, характеризующие развитие сельских территорий, рассмотрены проблемы развития сельских территорий и пути их оптимизации. The economic potential of a municipality or a region depends on the effective development of its territory. The presence of indicators, factors, conditions, programs for the development of rural areas affect the competitiveness of the region, the growth of the quality of life of the population. The developed infrastructure of rural areas form a single conceptual model of a competitive subject of the Russian Federation. The author identifies indicators and factors characterizing the development of rural areas, considers the problems of rural development and ways to optimize them. |
