| Popis: | Статья представляет собой анализ филиации послевоенной Германии, как становление процесса .транзита демократии.. Проанализировав планы послевоенного развития Германии, способы и методы воздействия на данный процесс западноевропейского сообщества, США, СССР, авторы доказывают, что во второй половине ХХ века процесс демократизации превращается в свой антипод .антидемократизацию.. В статье анализируются концепции, способы, методы, цели, задачи западноевропейской демократии в борьбе за интеграцию Германии; роль интеграции Германии в процессе интеграции Западной Европы, последствия объединения Германии в масштабе цивилизации. Методом анализа исследования, позволяющий упорядочить и структурировать сложные политические процессы в виде событийного ряда был использован ивент-анализ происходящего, нормативно-ценностный анализ, позволяющие раскрыть значение и дать оценку политическим явлениям и исторический метод, позволяющий проанализировать динамику процессов. The article is an analysis of the filiation of post-war Germany as the formation of the process of "transit of democracy". Having analyzed the plans for the post-war development of Germany, the ways and methods of influencing this process of the Western European community, the USA, the USSR, the authors prove that in the second half of the twentieth century, the process of democratization turns into its antipode "antidemocratization". The article analyzes the concepts, methods, goals, objectives of Western European democracy in the struggle for the integration of Germany; the role of German integration in the process of integration of Western Europe, the consequences unification of Germany on the scale of civilization. The method of research analysis, which allows to organize and structure complex political processes in the form of an event series, was used event analysis of what is happening, normative-value analysis, which allows to reveal the meaning and evaluate political phenomena and historical method, which allows to analyze the dynamics of processes. |
