Description: Проведен анализ инвестиционной деятельности и проблем ее активизации в металлургическом комплекса в условиях политической и экономической нестабильности. Определены кризисные факторы внутренней и внешней инвестиционной среды, которые снижают эффективность принятия управленческих решений о финансировании обновления производства. Предложены пути ее повышения за счёт организации новых государственных и корпоративных структур, направленных на снижение политических рисков за счёт их уточнения и декомпозиции процедуры прединвестиционного анализа реализации проектов. Это даст возможность точнее идентифицировать ключевые, прежде всего политические риски и минимизировать их негативные последствия. The analysis of investment activity and problems of its activation in the metallurgical complex under conditions of political and economic instability has been carried out. The crisis factors of internal and external investment environment, which reduce the efficiency of managerial decisions on financing of production renewal, are determined. The ways of its increase at the expense of organization of new state and corporate structures aimed at reduction of political risks at the expense of their specification and decomposition of procedure of pre-investment analysis of projects realization are offered. This will give an opportunity to identify more precisely key, first of all political risks and to minimize their negative consequences.
