Система управления проектами в компании имеет свою историю, методологию, соответственно, представляет интерес, как для научного общества, так и для управленцев. В статье рассматривается сущность проектного управления, инструментарий, методы и ресурсы, которые используются для планирования задач, управления бюджетом, распределения ресурсов, т.е. выполняют все функции проекта. Автором также рассмотрена практика применения проектного управления в рамках социального развития общества.
