Popis: Актуальность исследования обусловлена отсутствием в российском законодательстве понятия «информационно-аналитическая работа в оперативно-розыскной деятельности». В статье представлено определение информационно-аналитической работы в оперативно-розыскной деятельности органов внутренних дел, выделены признаки правовой основы, проанализированы основные подходы к родственным категориям. Авторами обозначены проблемы в сфере правовой основы информационно-аналитической работы в оперативно-розыскной деятельности органов внутренних дел, а также акцентировано внимание на противодействии организованной преступности, предложены решения по организации информационно-аналитической работы в ОВД. The relevance of the research is based on the lack of the concept of «information and analytical work within operative search activities» in the Russian legislation. The article presents definition of information and analytical work within operative and search activities performed by internal affairs bodies, defines features of legal basis and provides analysis of the key approaches to the related categories. The authors outline problematic issues in the realm of the legal basis of information and analytical work within operative search activities conducted by law-enforcement bodies and focus on combating organized crime. The authors thus propose solutions as to how to organize information and analytical work in the internal affairs bodies.

Abstrakt:Актуальность исследования обусловлена отсутствием в российском законодательстве понятия «информационно-аналитическая работа в оперативно-розыскной деятельности». В статье представлено определение информационно-аналитической работы в оперативно-розыскной деятельности органов внутренних дел, выделены признаки правовой основы, проанализированы основные подходы к родственным категориям.
