| Description: | this article is devoted to the analysis of the doctrine of the Confucian category "Li" and the Legist category "Fa" in the interpretation of Xunzi, one of the most prominent thinkers of the Confucian tradition. Being the third in the pleiad of leading Confucian scholars, Xunzi departs from the classical Confucian tradition, believing that social relations can be regulated not only by moral and ethical norms, ethics, but also by written legal acts. данная статья посвящена анализу конфуцианской категории «ли» и легистской категории «фа» в трактовке Сюнь-цзы, одного из виднейших мыслителей конфуцианской школы. Философ отходит от классической конфуцианской традиции, считая, что общественные отношения могут регулироваться не только морально-этическими нормами, ритуалом и этикетом, но и писанными нормативно-правовыми актами. |
