| Description: | The article presents a comprehensive study of students’ competencies necessary for forming effective interaction with other representatives of ethnocultural communities in the digital space. Some attention is paid to the content of the category “intercultural interaction”. The authors trace the main directions of preparing students for its effective implementation and clarify the concept of the digital environment. The article analyzes its advantages and disadvantages, which influence the development of students’ ability to constructive intercultural communication. The article examines the metamorphoses in the field of the “intercultural competence” concept content and structure, which occur under the influence of digital environment. The main groups of skills necessary for the development in students for its successful implementation in the future are studied. A system of organizational and pedagogical conditions conducive to their successful formation is described. In conclusion, the most promising ways of implementing such are revealed. Статья посвящена комплексному исследованию формирования у студентов компетенций, необходимых для эффективного взаимодействия с представителями иных этнокультурных общностей в цифровом пространстве. Прежде всего значительное внимание уделяется содержанию категории «межкультурное взаимодействие». Далее прослеживаются основные направления подготовки учащихся к его эффективной реализации. Уточняется понятие цифровой среды. Также в статье анализируются её преимущества и недостатки, оказывающие влияние на развитие у студентов способности к конструктивному межкультурному общению. Исследуются метаморфозы в области содержания и структуры понятия «межкультурная компетентность», происходящие под влиянием соответствующих особенностей цифровой среды. Изучаются основные группы умений, необходимых к развитию у студентов для её успешной реализации в дальнейшем. Описывается система организационно-педагогических условий, благоприятствующих их успешному формированию. В заключение раскрываются наиболее перспективные пути реализации таковых. |
