| Beschreibung: | Целью данного исследования является рассмотрение системы международного торгового финансирования в текущих условиях. Для достижения поставленной цели решены следующие задачи: приведена классификация инструментов торгового финансирования; определены стороны, вовлеченные в процесс торгового финансирования; исследованы виды рисков, возникающие в процессе обмена товарами, работами и услугами; рассмотрены потенциальные способы оптимизации транзакций с помощью решений на основе блокчейна; проанализировано положение России с учетом текущих санкций; сформулированы основные проблемы, связанные с осуществлением финансирования в России и за рубежом; сформулированы предложения по осуществлению торгового финансирования в РФ в условиях экономических санкций; обозначены перспективы развития мирового рынка торгового финансирования; предложены меры для улучшения функционирования торгового финансирования на мировом уровне; сформулированы перспективы реализации предложений по осуществлению торгового финансирования. Результаты данного исследования могут быть использованы для разработки предложений по осуществлению торгового финансирования в России в санкционных условиях, а также для оптимизации операций на мировом уровне. The purpose of this study is to consider the system of international trade finance in the current environment. To achieve the goal, the following tasks were solved: a classification of trade finance instruments was given; the parties involved in the process of trade finance were specified; the risks arising in the exchange of goods, works and services were examined; potential ways to optimize transactions using blockchain-based solutions were considered; the position of Russia was analyzed in the light of the ongoing sanctions; the main problems associated with the implementation of trade financing in Russia and abroad were formulated; the proposals on trade finance in Russia under the conditions of economic sanctions were stated; the prospects for the development of the global trade finance market were outlined; the measures to improve the functioning of trade finance at the global level were proposed; the prospects for the implementation of proposals on trade finance were formed. The results of this study can be used to work out proposals regarding the realization of trade finance in Russia under the sanctioned conditions, as well as to optimize operations at the global level. |
