| Description: | Учебная группа курсантов военного института является малой группой, которая в процессе своего развития проходит различные стадии. Высшей стадией развития группы является коллектив. Статья посвящена вопросам формирования коллектива курсантов военных институтов в современных условиях, показана перспективность использования научных идей по совершенствованию воспитательной деятельности командира учебного подразделения, направленной на формирование подчиненной ему учебной группы. Актуальность исследования обусловлена изучением проблемы зависимости качества выполняемых учебно-боевых задач учебным подразделением войск национальной гвардии от уровня сформированности коллектива. В статье сформулировано определение коллектива учебной группы курсантов военных институтов войск национальной гвардии РФ (социально-психологическая характеристика учебного взвода обучаемых, исполняющих высоко моральную деятельность, в котором цели каждого курсанта совпадают с целями всего взвода в группе присутствует положительный морально-психологический климат, взаимная привязанность обучаемых друг к другу, согласие в отношении ценностей и норм, взаимная ответственность курсантов за порученное дело, удовлетворенность товарищами и идентификация себя с подразделением полезность учебной группы каждому курсанту в развитии его способностей) раскрыта психологическая структура коллектива (сплоченность, здоровый морально-психологический климат, единство и целеустремленность действий, высокая результативность совместной деятельности, наличие условий для саморазвития) подробно описана методика работы командира учебной группы курсантов по формированию коллектива, определен порядок и содержание его действий. Данные знания необходимы командиру любого подразделения, особенно молодым офицерам, для успешного проведения воспитательных мероприятий по формированию подчиненного ему коллектива в целях повышения качества выполнения учебных и служебно-боевых задач. The training group of cadets of a military institute is a small group that, in the process of its development, goes through various stages of its development. The relevance of the study is specified by examination of the problem of dependence of the quality of the combat training tasks carried out by the training unit of the national guard forces on the level of its formation. The article formulates the definition of the collective learning of a group of cadets of military institutes of the national guard troops of the Russian Federation (the socio-psychological characteristics of the school platoon of trainees performing highly moral activity in which the goal of each cadet coincide with the goals of the entire platoon in a group there is a positive morale, mutual attachment of trainees to each other, a consensus of values and norms, mutual responsibility of students during assigned work, satisfaction with friends and identification with the unit the usefulness of learning groups for each student in the development of his abilities), reveals the psychological structure of the group (team spirit, healthy moral-psychological climate, the unity and purpose of action, high effectiveness of joint activities, availability of conditions for self-development) a detailed description of the method of work of the commander of the training group of students in creation of a group of cadets of the military Institute, determined the order and content of his actions. This knowledge is necessary for the commander, especially for young officers, to successfully carry out educational activities to form a team subordinate to him, in order to improve the quality of training and military-service missions |
