| Beschreibung: | This article is devoted to the analysis of the legal regulation of the supply agreement and the implementation of Federal Law № 44-FL of 05.04.2013 "On the contract system in the field of procurement of goods, works, services for state and municipal needs". The problems of legal regulation of the supply agreement are identified, creating favorable conditions for the development of unfair competition. Directions for improving the legal regulation of this agreement are proposed. Данная статья посвящена анализу правового регулирования договора поставки и реализации Федерального закона от 05.04.2013 г. № 44-ФЗ «О контрактной системе в сфере закупок товаров, работ, услуг для обеспечения государственных и муниципальных нужд». Выявлены проблемы правового регулирования договора поставки, создающие благоприятные условия для развития недобросовестной конкуренции. Предлагаются направления совершенствования правового регулирования данного договора. |
