Popis: В статье проведен анализ рынка труда и занятости населения Воронежской области, т.к. проблемы, возникающие в данных направлениях, становятся более существенными в связи с интеграцией мировой экономики и изменением системы рынка рабочей силы. Кроме того, рынок труда и занятость населения относятся к макроэкономическим проблемам, которые оказывают прямое и сильное влияние на каждого отдельно взятого члена общества. Увольнение с работы для большинства людей означает неустойчивость экономического положения и падение уровня жизни. Занятость раскрывает один из важнейших аспектов социально-экономического развития человека, связанный с удовлетворением его потребностей в сфере труда. The article analyzes the labor market and employment of the population of the Voronezh region, because the problems arising in these areas are becoming more significant due to the integration of the world economy and changes in the labor market system. In addition, the labor market and employment of the populationrelate to macroeconomic problems that have a direct and strong impact on each individual member of society.Dismissal from work for most people means instability of the economic situation and a drop in living standards.Employment reveals one of the most important aspects of a person's socio-economic development related tomeeting his needs in the field of work.

Abstrakt:В статье проведен анализ рынка труда и занятости населения Воронежской области, т.к. проблемы, возникающие в данных направлениях, становятся более существенными в связи с интеграцией мировой экономики и изменением системы рынка рабочей силы. Кроме того, рынок труда и занятость населения относятся к макроэкономическим проблемам, которые оказывают прямое и сильное влияние на каждого отдельно взятого члена общества. Увольнение с работы для большинства людей означает неустойчивость экономического положения и падение уровня жизни. Занятость раскрывает один из важнейших аспектов социально-экономического развития человека, связанный с удовлетворением его потребностей в сфере труда.
